Krithik Ramesh is the President of Illness Not Weakness and a 11th-grade student at the Texas Academy of Math and Science. Krithik is very passionate and determined on helping others through this nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness for mental health. His dedication to promoting mental health awareness and destigmatizing mental illness is evident through her involvement in academics and her commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Ritvik Koneru
Vice President

Ritvik, an 11th-grade student at the Texas Academy of Math and Science, is a passionate and dedicated advocate for mental health awareness. Through his work with Illness Not Weakness, Ritvik is committed to raising awareness, dismantling stigma, and fostering a compassionate community that supports mental health. His youthful perspective and dedication add a unique dimension to our advocacy efforts.
 

Aksh Chalasani

Financial Advisor & Grants Coordinator

Aksh Chalasani serves as the Financial Advisor at Illness Not Weakness. With a focus on sustainable growth, Aksh works to develop fundraising strategies, expand chapter outreach, and manage financial operations. Drawing on his background in entrepreneurship and data analysis, he is committed to helping the organization scale its impact and make mental health resources more accessible in South Asian communities. 

Enze Shi
Logistics & Social Media Coordinator

Enze Shi, a dedicated professional, serves as the Logistics and Co-Social Media Coordinator for Illness Not Weakness. With a passion for social impact, Enze combines his expertise in social media strategy to amplify the organization's reach and effectiveness. His commitment to driving positive change through innovative approaches makes him an invaluable asset in the nonprofit sector.
